Wedding Florist Services - Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing HEARTWORK DESIGN PTE. LTD. for your floral needs. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping, delivery, and pickup of our products. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping and Delivery Options:

1.1 Local Delivery: We offer local delivery within Singapore for an additional fee. Delivery dates and times are subject to availability. Please provide accurate delivery information, including the venue address, date, and any special instructions.

1.2 Pickup: If you prefer, you can arrange to pick up your floral arrangements at our designated pickup location. Pickup instructions and details will be provided upon order confirmation.

2. Delivery Charges:

​

2.1 Local Delivery: Delivery charges vary based on the distance and complexity of the delivery. The exact delivery fee will be provided during the ordering process.

2.2 Pickup: There is no additional charge for pickups.

​

​

3. Delivery Schedule:

​

3.1 Event Day: For weddings and events, our team will ensure that your floral arrangements are delivered to the venue on the specified event day and set up according to the agreed-upon plan. We will coordinate with your event planner or venue manager to ensure a smooth setup.

3.2 Delivery Time Slot: We deliver from Tuesdays to Sundays only. We will be closed on every Mondays and occasional exceptions that will be blocked out on the calendar after checking out your shopping cart.

Delivery time slots:

  • 10am - 6pm (Free)

  • 10am - 2pm (+$5)

  • 2pm - 6pm (+$5)

  • 6pm - 10pm (+$10)

3.3 Timeliness: While we strive to deliver your floral arrangements at the requested time, please note that delivery times may be subject to slight variations due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

4. Shipping and Packaging:

​

4.1 Packaging: Our team takes great care in packaging and handling your floral arrangements to ensure they remain fresh and beautiful upon delivery. We use appropriate containers and packaging materials to maintain the quality of the flowers.

​

4.2 Shipping Beyond Local Area: At this time, we do not offer shipping for our floral arrangements outside of our local delivery area.

5. Change of Delivery Details:

​

5.1 Address Changes: If you need to change the delivery address or any other delivery details after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may be subject to availability and additional charges.

6. Redelivery and/or redirection:

​

6.1 It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the recipient will be at the delivery address on the date and time you stated during the order confirmation.
 

​We will not be held responsible for late or non-delivery under these conditions:

  • Incorrect address given by sender

  • No such person upon delivery

  • Recipient is not in at the time & place of delivery

  • No valid contact number given

  • Recipient did not answer the phone

​

Any redirection/redelivery within the next 24 hours will incur an additional surcharge of $15.

​

Our delivery person will call the recipient & wait up to a maximum of 10 minutes before leaving the flowers with the receptionist or at the door. A picture will be taken & send to you to show that delivery was successfully done.

As time has lapsed, we will NOT be liable for any loss/damaged of flowers from that point onwards. The same goes for self-collection items, we will not be responsible once the bouquet has been checked & collected.

7. Cancellations and Refunds:

7.1 Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellation policies and potential refunds may vary depending on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation. Kindly read our Refund Policy here

7.2 Refunds: Refunds for cancelled orders or any other issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Kindly read our Refund Policy here

8. Prohibited/restricted locations:

​

8.1 We do NOT deliver to the following locations:

  • Army Bases

  • Jurong Island

  • Penjuru

  • Tuas

  • Airline Road

  • Sentosa

*Hospital deliveries are currently suspended till further notice.
