Wedding Florist Services - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of wedding florist services (referred to as "Services") by HEARTWORK DESIGN PTE. LTD. (referred to as "Florist," "we," "us," or "our") to the client (referred to as "Client," "you," or "your"). By engaging our Services, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read this Agreement carefully.

1. Services

1.1 The Florist agrees to provide floral design and arrangement services for your wedding or event as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal and scope of work.

1.2 Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and may result in adjustments to the cost and timeline.

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1 The Client agrees to pay the total cost of the Services as outlined in the proposal, including any additional charges for modifications or additions.

2.2 A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due 1 calendar month prior to the event date.

2.3 Payment methods accepted by the Florist include bank transfer and PayNow for wedding venue items, credit card payments for web store purchases.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 In the event of cancellation, the Client must provide written notice to the Florist. All deposits and/or purchases are non-refundable. However, we will be offering a one-time FOC change of date within a year from the date of collection/AD wedding/PWS/Solemnisation date out of goodwill, provided our team is available on the new date.
Alternatively, credits for your purchases can be transferable to other products and/or workshops (claimable within 1 year period). Any change of date has to be confirmed at least 3 month prior.         

        

3.2 If the cancellation occurs within 3 weeks of the event date, the Client is responsible for the full payment of the Services.

3.3 Refunds for cancellations made within the specified timeframes will be determined on a case-by-case basis. No refunds or exchange of items collected/received by customers after 1 hour. We will not be liable for any damages after this point onwards. If you're unsatisfied with the quality of our arrangements you received, do contact us immediately with a description of the problem & a picture attached. We will get back to you promptly.

4. Floral Selection and Design

4.1 The Florist will make every effort to source and provide the flowers and materials agreed upon in the proposal. However, flower availability is subject to seasonal variations and market conditions. The Florist reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value if necessary.

4.2 The Client acknowledges that floral arrangements are subject to artistic interpretation, and minor variations in color, size, and design may occur.

5. Delivery and Setup

5.1 The Florist will deliver and set up the floral arrangements at the agreed-upon venue and time.

5.2 The Client is responsible for ensuring that the venue is accessible and prepared for the floral setup.

6. Liability and Damages

6.1 The Florist is not liable for any damages or injuries that may occur as a result of the Client's use of the floral arrangements.

6.2 The Client is responsible for any damage or loss to the floral arrangements after setup.

7. Photography and Promotion

7.1 The Client agrees to allow the Florist to photograph the floral arrangements for promotional and marketing purposes.

7.2 The Florist will credit the Client and all wedding vendors for any photographs used in promotional materials.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the Services.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Republic of Singapore.
